Shipping Policy

Once a product is shipped and “delivered” Blinks & Beauty is no longer reliable for stolen or lost packages. Please contact the delivery carrier for further questions and concerns. We do not offer refunds nor exchanges for any stolen or lost packages. 

International orders: we are not liable for any custom duty taxes or fees once your package has been handed off to the delivery services. Refused or unclaimed international orders will NOT be refunded. 

We can however file a claim for lost, stolen or damaged items with our shipping insurance specialist, depending on the nature of the situation. You must provide proof and fill out the form that is provided by our team. This process can take anywhere from 3-10 weeks to complete. Once your claim is filed and approved we "maybe" then can issue you a refund. It varies on the case.
